Survey Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

Multiple survey responses not allowed. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Sweepstakes will begin Monday, August 24, 2026 9:00 am ET and end Monday, August 31, 2026 @ 9:00 am ET. All times in the Sweepstakes refer to Eastern Time ("ET"). One (1) $25 Amazon gift card will be awarded to four (4) survey respondent. All prizes will be fulfilled electronically or by US Mail to the four (4) winners. Winners will be randomly selected from eligible survey respondents who completed the survey and entered the Sweepstakes. Respondent must legitimately complete the survey, opt-in to the Sweepstakes, and provide the requested contact information to be eligible for entry. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be informed privately, by Friday, September 11, 2026 via their email provided in the survey. One (1) prize will be awarded to four (4) eligible survey respondents. Winners must claim and confirm their prize within the given deadline in order to receive the prize. New Winner selection will be made for unclaimed prize after the given confirmation deadline. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.
