Survey Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

Multiple survey responses not allowed. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Sweepstakes will begin Thursday, January 8, 2026 9:00 am ET and end Friday, January 23, 2026@ 9:00 am ET. All times in the Sweepstakes refer to Eastern Time ("ET"). There are three (3) sweepstakes prizes consisting of 10,000 GolfPass Points each.  Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from eligible survey respondents who completed the survey and entered the Sweepstakes. Respondent must legitimately complete the survey, opt-in to the Sweepstakes, and provide the requested contact information to be eligible for entry. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be informed privately, by Friday January 2, 2026 via their email provided in the survey. One prize will be awarded to one eligible survey respondent. The winners must claim and confirm their prize within the given deadline in order to receive the prize. New Winner selection will be made for unclaimed prizes after the given confirmation deadline. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.
