Survey Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

Disclaimer: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Open only to permanent, legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (D.C.) and Canadian residents. Must have reached the age of majority in their state/province/territory of legal residence as of the time of entry. One entry per survey respondent. Multiple survey responses not allowed. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes will begin [date TBD], at 9:00 am ET and end [date TBD] at 11:59 pm ET. All times in the Sweepstakes refer to Eastern Time ("ET"). There is one (1) Sweepstakes prize that includes the opportunity to bring the Stanley Cup® to the winner’s home rink. ARV to transport the Stanley Cup® to the winner’s home rink is approximately $5,000 USD, which includes the cost of air travel/transport, hotel, and per diem. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible survey respondents who completed the survey or entered through the alternative mail-in method on or about [insert drawing date]. Respondent must legitimately complete the survey, opt-in to the Sweepstakes, and provide the requested contact information or successfully enter by mail to be eligible for entry. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be informed privately by [date TBD] via their provided e-mail address. One prize will be awarded to one eligible entrant. Winner responsible for applicable taxes.
