Survey Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

*Disclaimer:No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are 18 years of age or older. One entry per survey respondent. Multiple survey responses not allowed. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Sweepstakes will begin Wednesday July 28, 2025 9:00 am ET and end Wednesday August 15, 2925 @ 9:00 am ET. All times in the Sweepstakes refer to Eastern Time ("ET"). Each of the three Sweepstakes prizes are a $100 Visa or Mastercard gift card.  It will be fulfilled electronically or by US Mail to the three winners. Winners will be randomly selected from eligible survey respondents who completed the survey and entered the Sweepstakes. Respondent must legitimately complete the survey, opt-in to the Sweepstakes, and provide the requested contact information to be eligible for entry. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be informed privately, by Friday August 26, 2025 via their email provided in the survey. One prize will be awarded to three separate eligible survey respondents. Winners must claim and confirm their prize within the given deadline in order to receive the prize. New Winner selections will be made for unclaimed prizes after the given confirmation deadline. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.
